- Two meetings with wedding planner (total of four hours) to discuss details*
- One meeting at venue 30 days prior to event
- Unlimited email contact
- Confirm / verify vendor contracts (all vendors selected by Bride & Groom
- Verify vendor setups / timeline / any outstanding balances
- Timeline / itinerary to all vendors for event day
- Rehearsal coordination (at ceremony site)
- Full wedding day coordination including itinerary & timeline for enire bridal party
- Supervision of ceremony / reception set up and clean up
- Advise and maintain wedding etiquette
- *Additional meetings billed at $100.00 per hour
